Eligibility Criteria
- UG Arts: Candidates who have passed the Intermediate (I.A., I.Sc., or I.Com) or 10+2 exam from the Bihar School Examination Board or any other recognized national or state board are eligible.
- UG Science: Candidates who have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) exam—whether I.A., I.Sc., or I.Com—from the Bihar School Examination Board or any other recognized national or state board are eligible.
- UG Commerce: Candidates who have passed the 10+2 (Intermediate) exam in the Science stream (I.Sc.) from the Bihar School Examination Board or any other recognized national or state board are eligible.

How to Apply
- Visit the official Lalit Narayan Mithila University (LNMU) website.
- Go to the UG Admission / Online Portal section.
- Click on the “UG Admission 2026–30 1st Merit List” link available on the homepage.
- If required, log in using your Application ID/User ID and Password/Date of Birth.
- Open the 1st Merit List or Seat Allotment Letter.
- Check your Name, Application Number, Allotted College, and Course carefully.
- Download the Merit List PDF or Seat Allotment Letter.
- Take a printout of the allotment letter for future reference.
- If your name appears in the merit list, report to the allotted college with all the required original documents.
- Complete Document Verification and pay the admission fee within the prescribed schedule.
- Keep the admission receipt and allotment letter safe for future reference.
