Eligibility Criteria

  • Village Development Officer (VDO): Graduation degree from a recognized university or an equivalent degree approved by the government.
  • Patwari: Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. Physical standards include a minimum height of 168 cm for males and 152 cm for females. Male candidates must have a chest measurement of 84 cm with at least 5 cm expansion, and female candidates must weigh at least 45 kg. Specific physical efficiency tests apply.
  • Lekhpal: Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university. Specific physical efficiency tests apply.
  • Village Panchayat Development Officer (VPDO): Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university and a minimum CCC level certificate in computer operation.
  • Assistant Superintendent: Bachelor’s degree with Sociology as a subject from any recognized university, plus one year of administrative work experience in a government organization or recognized voluntary organization.
  • Assistant Review Officer (ARO): Graduation degree from any recognized university, along with a Diploma in Computer Science or an O Level certificate from DOEACC Society. Minimum typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour in Hindi is mandatory.
  • Personal Assistant (PA): Graduation degree from any recognized university with a one-year computer course certificate OR a graduation degree with Computer Science as a subject. Minimum speed of 80 WPM in Hindi shorthand and 8000 key depressions per hour in Hindi typing.
  • Swagati: Graduation degree from any recognized university, ability to read, write, and speak Hindi and English, knowledge of Information Technology and Computers.
  • Sahayak Swagati: Graduation degree from any recognized university, proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Hindi and English, knowledge of Information Technology and computers.

How to Apply

  1. Go to the Official UKSSSC Website: Open the official site of the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC).
  2. Find the Admit Card Section: On the homepage, look for the “Admit Card / Hall Ticket” or “Examination / Recruitment” link.
  3. Click on the Admit Card Link: You will see the admit card notification for VDO & other posts 2025. Select the option related to your exam (Village Development Officer & other advertised posts).
  4. Login with Your Details: Enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and Date of Birth / Password. Fill in the captcha/security code if asked.
  5. View and Download Admit Card: Your admit card will appear on the screen. Check your exam date, exam city, reporting time, and other instructions carefully.
  6. Print the Admit Card: Download the PDF and take at least 2–3 printouts for safety. Keep a soft copy saved on your phone/PC as backup.
