- Minimum Age: N/A
- Maximum Age: 37 Years (General/ EWS Male)
- Maximum Age: 40 Years (General / EWS Female)
- Maximum Age: 40 Years (BC/ EBC Male & Female)
- Maximum Age: 42 Years (SC / ST Male & Female)
- Age Relaxation: Bihar BCECEB provides age relaxation for the Sr. Resident/ Tutor position as per their regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have a Postgraduate (PG) Degree in the relevant specialty.
- DNB/DNB Super Specialty and equivalent PG qualifications recognized under MCI/NMC guidelines are also eligible.
- If sufficient PG degree holders are not available, candidates with a relevant Diploma may be considered, with their merit position below PG degree holders.
- For Senior Resident/Tutor posts, 40% of seats are reserved for Bihar State Health Service cadre, 40% for doctors who completed PG under the residency scheme in Bihar medical colleges, and 20% for doctors with PG degrees from recognized institutions outside Bihar.
