- Age Relaxation: CIL provides age relaxation for the Management Trainee (MT) position as per their regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Civil: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks. For SC/ST candidates: Minimum 55% marks required.
- Electrical: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks. For SC/ST candidates: Minimum 55% marks required.
- Mechanical: Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks. For SC/ST candidates: Minimum 55% marks required.
- System: Recognized First Class degree in B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology. Alternatively, any recognized First Class degree along with an MCA (Master of Computer Applications) is also eligible.
- Electronics & Communication: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) degree in the relevant branch of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 55% marks is required.
- Geology: M.Sc. or M.Tech. in Geology, Applied Geology, Geophysics, or Applied Geophysics with a minimum of 60% marks. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 55% marks is required.
- Industrial Engineering: Degree in the relevant branch of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 55% marks is required.
- Rajbhasha (Hindi): M.A. in Hindi with a minimum of 60% marks, along with graduation having Hindi and English as main subjects with at least 50% marks. For SC/ST candidates, a minimum of 55% marks is required.
- Company Secretary: Graduates in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute and must have acquired the Company Secretary (CS) qualification with Associate or Fellow membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working in a listed company.
