Eligibility Criteria

• Mining: Graduate’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mining Engineering. First Class Mine Manager Certificate (Unrestricted) is also required for Senior Manager E4.
• Geology: Master Degree (M.Sc.) in Geology or Applied Geology.
• Environment Management: Graduate Degree BE / B.Tech Degree in Environmental Engineering / Technology OR Engineering Degree with PG Degree / Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management or Environmental Science.
• Safety & Fire Services: BE / B.Tech Engineering Degree with PG Degree / Diploma in Safety Engineering Management OR B.Tech in Safety Engineering / Fire Engineering.
• Concentrator (Mineral Processing): B.E./B.Tech in Mineral Engineering or Mineral & Metallurgical Engineering.
• Electrical: Graduate’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering.
• Instrumentation: Graduate’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.
• Mechanical: B.E./B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mining Machinery Engineering.
• Civil: B.E./B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Systems: Graduate’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering / Information Technology OR MCA Degree.
• Medical & Health Services: MBBS Degree with PG Diploma OR MBBS with MD / MS / DNB / PG Degree in the relevant specialization.
• HR: Graduate in any discipline with MBA (HR / Personnel Management) OR PG Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management or Social Work.
• Finance: CA (Chartered Accountant) OR CMA (Cost & Management Accountant).
• Corporate Communication: Graduate Degree in any discipline with PG Degree / Diploma in Journalism or Public Relations.
• Materials & Contracts: Graduate Degree in any discipline with PG Degree / Diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics OR MBA in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
