• Candidates born between 1st January 2005 and 1st July 2009 (including both dates) are eligible.
• Age Relaxation: As per Government rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• Passed 10th (Matriculation) with minimum passing marks from a recognized school or board.
• Possess good musical ability, including correct tempo, pitch, and the ability to sing a full song, perform a tune, use any music notation system, and play at least one instrument.
• Meet musical experience criteria, such as Grade 5 or higher from a recognized music institute, a diploma in Hindustani or Carnatic music, or certificates/awards from music events.

Mandatory Medical Standards

• Height Requirements: Male Candidates: Minimum acceptable height is 162 cm. Female Candidates: Minimum acceptable height is 152 cm. (147 cm for North East/hilly regions of Uttarakhand, 150 cm for Lakshadweep).
• Chest Measurements: Male Candidates: Minimum circumference 77 cm, minimum expansion 5 cm. Female Candidates: Minimum expansion 5 cm.
• Hearing Ability: Normal hearing; able to hear a forced whisper from 6 meters by each ear separately.
• General Health: Physically and mentally fit for duties in any environment. Free from any active or latent medical conditions.
