Eligibility Criteria
- Intermediate Trained Assistant Teacher (Class 1-5): 10+2 with 50% marks + 2-year D.El.Ed., OR 10+2 with 45% marks + 2-year D.El.Ed. (NCTE Regulations, 2002), OR 10+2 with 50% marks + 4-year B.El.Ed., OR 10+2 with 50% marks + 2-year Diploma in Special Education, OR Graduation + 2-year D.El.Ed. Must have passed JTET for Classes 1–5. Jharkhand residents qualified in CTET or a neighboring state’s TET may also apply, subject to passing JTET within the prescribed period.
- Graduate Trained Assistant Teacher (Class 6-8): Graduation + 2-year D.El.Ed., OR Graduation/PG with 50% + B.Ed., OR Graduation with 45% + B.Ed. (NCTE norms), OR 10+2 with 50% + 4-year B.El.Ed./B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed., OR Graduation with 50% + B.Ed. (Special Education), OR PG with 55% + 3-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. Must have passed JTET for Classes 6–8. Jharkhand residents qualified in CTET or a neighboring state’s TET may apply, subject to passing JTET within the prescribed period.
