Eligibility Criteria

• Zonal Head (Retail): Graduation with MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% marks, holding certifications like CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A, and minimum 15 years of experience.
• Regional Head (RH): Graduation with MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% marks, holding certifications like CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A, and minimum 12 years of experience.
• Relationship Manager-Team Lead: Graduation with MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% marks, holding certifications like CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A, and minimum 8 years of experience.
• Investment Specialist (IS): PG Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business Management/Commerce/Economics/Capital Markets/Banking/Insurance/Actuarial Science or CA/CFA, along with certifications like CA, CFP, CFA, NISM Investment Advisor, NISM Research Analyst, or NISM Series 21-A, and minimum 6 years of experience.
• Investment Officer (IO): PG Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Business Management/Commerce/Economics/Capital Markets/Banking/Insurance/Actuarial Science or CA/CFA, plus CA/CFP/CFA/NISM Investment Advisor/Research Analyst/NISM 21-A certification, and minimum 4 years of experience.
• VP Wealth: Graduation, MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) with 60% marks, certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA, and minimum 6 years of experience.
• AVP Wealth: Graduation, with weightage for post-graduation in finance/marketing/Banking, certifications like NISM V-A, XXI-A, CFP/CFA, and minimum 3 years of experience.
