SGPGI Nursing Officer and Non Teaching Post Exam City Details 2026

Sanjay Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI), Lucknow has released the exam city details for the recruitment of Nursing Officer and various Non-Teaching Posts. A total of 1479 vacancies are available. The online application process started on 18 June 2025 and concluded on 31 July 2025. The examination is scheduled to be conducted from 19 to 23 June 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

• Nursing Officer: B.Sc Nursing or Post B.Sc Nursing degree with registration in the Nursing Council; OR GNM Diploma with Nursing Council registration and at least 2 years of work experience.
• Hospital Attendant Gr-II: Class 10th (Matric) examination pass from a recognized board.
• Stenographer: Bachelor’s degree in any stream with stenography skills (80 WPM Hindi/English) and typing speed (25 WPM Hindi / 30 WPM English) on a computer.
• Senior Administrative Assistant: Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of noting and drafting, typing speed (30 WPM English / 25 WPM Hindi), and at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• OT Assistant (Backlog): Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) in Anesthesia and Operation Theater Technologist or OT Technology from a recognized institution.
• Junior Accounts Officer JAO: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) with at least 55% marks and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical Officer (CWS Biomedical): Engineering degree in Electronics, Glass Technology, or Mechanical Engineering; OR Diploma/Certificate in relevant field with at least 5 years of work experience.
• Nuclear Medicine Technologist: Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) with Life Sciences, along with a 1-year Diploma in Medical Radiation and Isotope Techniques (DMRIT).
• Store Keeper: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree along with a Diploma in Material Management and basic knowledge of computers.
• Medical Social Service Officer GrII: Master’s degree in Social Work along with relevant work experience.
• CSSD Assistant: 10+2 (Intermediate) with Science and a Diploma in CSSD, along with 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Draftsman: Class 10th pass and Diploma or Certificate in Civil Draftsmanship, along with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
