The Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (UKSSSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of Accountant, Assistant Accountant, Office Assistant-III (Accounts), and Cashier cum Assistant Accountant posts. Age Limit (as on 01 July 2026)

• Minimum Age : 18 – 21 Years
• Maximum Age : 42 Years
• Age Relaxation : As per Government rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• Accountant (Brid Kul): B.Com with MBA (Finance), B.Com with PGDBA (Finance), or M.Com, with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience and 3 years of service in the immediately lower relevant post and grade.
• Assistant Accountant (Uttarakhand Power Corporation Ltd.): Graduation with 2nd Division in Commerce with Accountancy, Certificate of Competency in Computer Operations, and computer typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour.
• Assistant Accountant (Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd.): Graduation degree in Commerce, BBA, or Post Graduation in Accountancy, with Hindi typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour.
• Assistant Accountant (Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd.): Graduation in Commerce and proficiency in Hindi or English computer typing at a speed of 4000 key depressions per hour.
• Assistant Accountant (Uttarakhand Tourism Development Board): Graduation in Commerce or Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy, with an O-Level Diploma in Computer Operations.
• Assistant Accountant / Junior Auditor (Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan): Graduation in Commerce, BBA, or Post Graduate Diploma in Accountancy, with Hindi typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour.
• Assistant Accountant (Brid Kul): B.Com degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Assistant Accountant (Sr,No.08-16): Graduation in Commerce, BBA, or Post Graduation in Accountancy, with Hindi typing speed of 4000 key depressions per hour.
• Office Assistant-III (Accounts) (Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd.): Commerce Graduation with extensive knowledge of Devanagari Hindi script, minimum typing speed of 6000 key depressions/hour in Hindi and 7000 in English, and a 1-year Diploma/Certificate in Computer Operations.
• Cashier cum-Assistant Accountant (Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission, Dehradun): B.Com or equivalent qualification, with knowledge of account keeping, petty cash book, and accounting.
