UP Scholarship Online Form 2025-26

The Social Welfare Department of Uttar Pradesh has released the notification for the UP Scholarship 2025-26 for students of Class 9–10 (Pre-Matric), Class 11–12 (Post-Matric), and Post-Matric Other Than Intermediate. The online application process has specific start and end dates for each category, with the final submission dates extending into January 2026. Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Candidates hailing from Uttar Pradesh and having Domicile of Uttar Pradesh can only avail this Scholarship facility.
• Pre Matric: For Class 09th candidates they should clear their class 8th level of examination and enrolled with Class 09th & For Class 10th candidates they should clear their class 09th level of examination and enrolled with Class 10th can fill this Scholarship Form.
• Post Matric: For Class 11th candidates they should clear their class 10th level of examination and enrolled with Class 11h & For Class 12th candidates they should clear their class 11th level of examination and enrolled with Class 12th can fill this Scholarship Form.
• Dashmottar: Candidates must be enrolled in any UG / PG / Diploma / Certificate Examination can fill up this scholarship form.

• Last Qualifying Exam Mark Sheet
• Caste Certificate
• Income Certificate
• Bank Passbook
• Fee Receipt Number
• Annual Non Refundable Amount

• Latest Passport Size Scan Photo
• For Renewal Candidates – Kindly Use Last Year Registration Number to Login to Renewal Section and Enter the Fresh Details

3. Alternatively, visit the official website of UP Scholarship to complete the application process online.
4. Make sure to complete the application before the deadline   20 December 2025.
5. After filling the Online Scholarship Form candidates need to take the print put of complete form and after that they have to attach relevant documents (specified above) & are required to send it to the respective College / School / Institution before due Date.
