UPSC IES/ISS Exam Date 2026

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Exam Date for the Indian Statistical Service (ISS) & Indian Economic Service (IES) Examination 2026. The exam is scheduled to be conducted from 19 – 21 June 2026. The last date to submit the application form was 03 March 2026. Candidates can check their exam date by logging into the portal using their enrollment number or date of birth. (Advt. No. 07/2026)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years
• Age Relaxation: As per Government rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• Indian Economic Service (IES): Candidates must have passed or be appearing in a Post Graduate Degree in Economics, Business Economics, or Econometrics from any recognized University in India.
• Indian Statistical Service (ISS): Candidates must have passed or be appearing in a Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, or Applied Statistics as a subject OR must have passed or be appearing in a Master’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, or Applied Statistics from a recognized university.
