• Support Engineer (Diploma Mechanical / Electrical): Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Support Engineer (IT Expert): BE/Degree in Computer Science or IT/MCA.
• Support Chemist: M.Sc. in Chemistry.
