Indian Air Force (Bhartiya Vayu Sena) has released the Result for the Recruitment of Group ‘Y’ Medical Assistant Airmen trade (Intake 01/2027) Examination 2026. The exam was conducted on 30 – 31 March 2026, and the last date to submit the application form was 01 February 2026. Age Limit (As on Indian Airforce Rules)

• Medical Assistant trade (10+2): An unmarried candidate born between 01 January 2006 and 01 January 2010 (both dates inclusive).
• Medical Assistant trade (Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy): An Unmarried candidate born between 01 January 2003 and 01 January 2008 (both dates inclusive). A Married candidate born between 01 January 2003 and 01 January 2006 (both dates inclusive).
• Maximum Age Limit : 21 Years
• Age Relaxation : Read the Notification for extra Age Relaxation. Indian Airforce provides age relaxation as per their regulations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Medical Assistant Trade (10+2): Candidates who have passed 10+2 / Intermediate or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English securing at least 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English, or completed a two-year vocational course with non-vocational subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English) with the same minimum marks from a recognized board.
• Medical Assistant Trade (Diploma / B.Sc in Pharmacy): Candidates must have passed 10+2 / Intermediate with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English securing at least 50% aggregate marks and 50% marks in English, AND possess a Diploma or B.Sc in Pharmacy with minimum 50% aggregate marks along with valid registration from the State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
